Name: Amica

Amica, or Mica as we call her, is the kind of cat that would be a great reading or movie companion. She loves the company of her people, and will respond by rubbing up against you and revving up her purr motor. Her warm personality is matched by her beautiful fur coat, which she enjoys having brushed and petted. Mica is very considerate - she hops into your lap to make it more convenient for you to brush and pet her! Mica likes to lounge in high spots such as the top of a kitty condo or a high shelf. This allows her to keep an eye on her kingdom. She has quite the playful streak in her - this dignified kitty almost fell off her kitty condo when she was wrestling with her catnip sack! Even funnier is when you roll a ball at Mica or in her direction...she jumps towards it with the worst aim we have ever seen and then she skitters away and re-sets herself for another attack! She doesn't know I entered her in the contest, but she would be very happy if you voted for her and made her this year's Pet Idol!
